If you receive the following error message "Please ensure the contact details provided match the details on the contact’s ID documents. If not please return to the Reapit contact record and update before sending client to movebutler" the steps below will hopefully solve the issue.
In instances where the client may have an overseas address, that address is not automatically pulled into the foundations app and has to be added manually. See screenshot above.
When adding the client's address all fields need to be completed to ensure the record is sent to movebutler.
Please use Line 1 for the property number, Line 2 for the road name and Line 3 for the town. The postcode will need to be valid and the country field is required.
See example below how the address has been added in relation to the top of the first screenshot.
Once those fields are complete, use the 'Send to movebutler' blue button to continue the process.
