Buyer / Applicant offers

Why does my Buyer appear in the "other applicants" tab in the app?

The status of your applicant's / buyer's offer will determine where in the app they will appear.

If the offer is Pending in Reapit, they applicants will show in the "Other Applicants" tab in the app.

If the offer has been rejected or withdrawn, they will appear in the "Other Applicants" tab, under either Rejected or Withdrawn.

Once the offer has been accepted in Reapit, the applicants will appear as Buyers in the app on the "Associated Contacts" tab.
