The Dashboard provides a quick overview of your outstanding tasks and shortcuts to the areas of movebutler you use most often.
Across the top of the page, you'll find the main navigation menu, allowing you to quickly access:
- Dashboard – Return to your dashboard at any time.
- Client Onboarding – View and manage your clients and their onboarding progress.
- Property Audit – View and manage your property transactions.
- Compliance – Access compliance features, guidance, and support tools.
- Conveyancing – If your agency uses our conveyancing module and services, access conveyancing quotations, referrals, and case updates.
- My Account – Manage your account.
The dashboard also highlights any outstanding actions that require your attention, including:
| Due Diligence Requires Approval | Clients whose due diligence checks require manual review before they can be verified. |
| Due Diligence Incomplete | Clients with outstanding onboarding or AML requirements. |
If your agency uses any of our additional services, you'll also see further dashboard tiles, including:
Outstanding Compliance Payments (if your agency uses Client Charging) | View clients who have outstanding compliance payments. |
Outstanding Material Information (if your agency uses the Material Information module) | View transactions with outstanding Material Information tasks. |
Outstanding Conveyancing Actions (if your agency uses our conveyancing module) | View outstanding conveyancing tasks, including unquoted cases and quotations that have not yet been instructed. |
