To complete an International Client Search, you will need a clear colour JPEG image of the client's passport.
The image must:
- Be in JPEG (.jpeg) format.
- Be less than 20 MB in size.
- Show the entire passport photo page.
- Be clear, in focus, and free from glare, reflections, shadows, or obstructions.
- Be a photograph of the original passport, not a scanned copy.
The passport image is used to validate the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) and authenticity of the document, so it is important that all details are clearly visible to ensure the search can be completed successfully.
As an International Client Search cannot verify an overseas residential address, you should also obtain a suitable proof of address document from the client and upload it to the client's record once the search has been completed.
