I have not received my OTP (One Time Password) email

If you are not receiving your One Time Password (OTP) email when trying to log into the verification app or portal, please follow this process:

1. Contact Verify365 Support
   • Phone: 0121 274 2312
   • They can verify your identity and provide the OTP over the phone.
2. Do NOT attempt multiple logins as this can lock your account.
3. If the issue persists after contacting Verify365, please contact Product Support at productsupport@iamproperty.com
