If you are a landlord who has been sent a request to complete a verification, and are having issues or receiving an error message when trying to download the App to your Android phone or device from the Google Play store, please try the following in a browser window on a laptop / PC:
- Click the following link: Click this link
- Click 'Download'
A pop-up will appear where you can remotely download to your phone and use the App.
This should allow you to download the app on any device via the Google system on your laptop.
If this does not work, you can complete your ID and address verification without using the app by accessing our online web portal. Please use the following link Web Portal Link
PLEASE NOTE: The app will not work on an iPad or any Tablet.
