This guide will show the easiest way to send documents to a client via iamproperty CRM. This also applies to any email sent from iamproperty CRM where there is a paperclip icon visible.
Sending the Documents
To send the message, in iamproperty CRM find the record for the Applicant you want to send the details to.
Click on the ‘Send Email’ icon.
From the ’Send Email’ screen, select the template you wish to use (if created), or type your email text and title.
Use the blue tags to quickly add your company, contact and personal details.
Then click the paperclip icon to find and attach the document.
To attach the file, click into the upload media box, or select from the list of files already attached to the record.
Searching for files will open a screen to show all the folders on your computer, find your file, then click the ‘Open’ button to attach the file to your email.
Then scroll down the screen and click on ‘Send Email’
