I cannot access my clients Compliance page, only Conveyancing
If your client overview page shows only a conveyancing tab and not a compliance tab, it's likely your client is either a Prospective Vendor or Buyer.
In order to access the compliance page, or to send them a digital invite, you will need to edit out their 'prospective' status and convert them to either a Vendor or Buyer.
This can be done by clicking into the Client Overview page, clicking the 'View more details' link and then clicking the 'Update details' link.
You will see the "Prospective" box ticked - Untick this box and navigate to the bottom of the page to save.
The compliance page will now be created for you to either answer the risk assessment questions or send a digital onboarding invite.
