I can only see my transactions and my clients
As a 'general user' you will land on the 'My Onboarding' tab when you're in the Client Onboarding menu, and the 'My Transactions' tab when you're in the Property Audit menu.
If you need to see the list of all clients and transactions added in your branch by your colleagues please click on the 'Branch Onboarding' tab or the 'Branch Transactions' tab.
If your agency has more than one branch, you will only be able to see the transactions / clients of the additional branches if you have access as a 'secondary branch'. Your account administrator can give you this access permission.
