Client's onboarding status is Onboarding complete - Requires approval
When your client has completed their verification the 'Onboarding Status' on the transaction overview page will change. The due diligence will change to Action required and you can click the red Action required button to take you to the customer due diligence page.
At the very least you will have to answer the question in the Blue Box 'Due diligence requires approval'. However there may be other actions to be taken as well.
