Where do I download the report I've ordered?
To download a report you have ordered (Full electronic confirmation, PEP & Sanctions check, International client search) or to download a Biometric verification that your client has completed, navigate to the client's Customer Overview page. In the verification summary you will see the word "Download" next to the report title.
Click 'download' and the PDF will download locally so you can open and review.
