Downloading a Report

To download a report that you've ordered (such as a Full Electronic Confirmation, PEP & Sanctions Check, or International Client Search), or to download an Online Biometric ID Verification report completed by your client:

1. From the Dashboard, navigate to Client Onboarding.
2. Find and click the client's name.
3. In the Verification Summary section, you'll see Download next to each available report.
4. Click Download and the report will be downloaded as a PDF, allowing you to open, review, or save it locally.

Downloading a Risk Assessment Report 

To download a client's Risk Assessment Report after completing their risk assessment:

1. From the Dashboard, navigate to Client Onboarding.
2. Find and click the client's name.
3. In the Verification Summary section, you'll see Download next to the Risk Assessment Report.
4. Click Download and the report will be downloaded as a PDF, allowing you to open, review, or save it locally.
