If your agency uses Reapit Agency Cloud and movebutler, you can send properties and vendors directly from Reapit into movebutler, eliminating the need to manually re-enter property and client information.
Sending a Property to movebutler
- In Reapit Agency Cloud, open the property record you wish to send.
- Check that the property address and vendor details are complete and up to date.
- Click the Apps button in the top-right corner of Agency Cloud and select the movebutler app.
Note: The first time you open the movebutler app, you'll be prompted to sign in using your movebutler username and password. This is a one-time authentication to link your accounts.
- The movebutler app will open on the Send Property page.
- Click Send to movebutler.
- Complete the required fields:
- movebutler Branch
- Tenure
- Property Type
- Method of Sale
- Transaction Type
- Click Submit.
Once the submission is complete, the page will display an Unlink (trash can) icon. This confirms that the property has been successfully sent to movebutler and linked to the Reapit property record.
