If your agency uses iamproperty CRM and movebutler, you can import properties directly from your CRM rather than adding them manually.
- From your Dashboard, click Add Property from CRM.
- Search for the property using the postcode or the first line of the address, then select it from the drop-down list.
Note: If you can't find the property, it may:
- Be archived in your CRM.
- Be a lettings property.
- Belong to a different branch than the one you're currently logged into in movebutler.
- The property's value, tenure, and property type will be populated automatically from your CRM.
- Select the Transaction Type and Method of Sale, then click Continue.
The property will then be imported into movebutler and will be ready for you to import your clients and begin the onboarding process.
