The Low Risk Onboarding module is an optional feature within movebutler that allows clients who have been assessed as Low Risk to complete a simplified digital onboarding journey.
When a client completes Digital Onboarding and is determined to be Low Risk following their risk assessment, they are automatically verified using a Full Electronic Confirmation. This means they do not need to complete an Online Biometric ID Verification, making the onboarding process quicker and simpler.
As well as improving the client experience, the module also reduces the cost of onboarding. A Low Risk Onboarding check uses 11 credits, compared with 15 credits for the standard Digital Onboarding journey that includes an Online Biometric ID Verification.
Note: If your agency uses the Client Charging module, your client will still be charged the amount you have configured for Digital Onboarding. The reduction in credits only affects your agency's credit usage.
Clients who are assessed as Medium or High Risk will continue to follow the standard onboarding journey and complete the additional verification steps required for their risk level.
