If when trying to add a Prospective vendor or buyer on a transaction, if the client is already in movebutler, but not on the transaction they are being added to, please follow the below:
You will be able to add the client as a Prospective client to the transaction by following the below steps:
Please type the client's email address or their name in the "Find existing client..." search box on the 'About your clients' page. You can then add them to the transaction by selecting their name when it appears. This will pre-populate their details below.
Once you have selected the client, please check their contact details are up to date and continue to add them to the transaction.
Please note that a client can only be added to a transaction once. If the client's details don't show, please check that the client hasn't already been added to the transaction.
