I'm trying to add a client email address and receiving 'The email has already been taken' error
If you're receiving this error it means this email address and client already exists in the system.
You should therefore onboard them using the "Find existing client..." search box on the 'About your clients' page. Add them to the transaction by selecting their name when it appears.
You can search using the client's email address or their name.
Once you have selected the client, please check their contact details are up to date and continue to onboard them to the new transaction.
If the client cannot be found following this route, please contact Product Support at productsupport@iamproperty.com, or open a chat and the Product Support team will be able to assist.
