CRM now supports 2 way SMS messaging via TextAnywhere, allowing you to send messages and receive replies directly within CRM. This enables real conversations with contacts while keeping all SMS activity fully tracked and visible.

Two-Way SMS Conversations
Send SMS messages and receive replies directly in CRM when using a TextAnywhere inbound number. Replies are captured in real time and displayed in a conversation thread.
Centralised SMS Inbox
All SMS conversations are stored in a single SMS Inbox, providing full visibility of ongoing and historical message threads.
Real-Time Reply Notifications
When a recipient responds to a message, CRM generates a notification, including a message preview, so responses are not missed.
Conversation Threading
Messages are displayed as conversation chains, giving clear context for all sent and received SMS with each recipient.
New Message Indicators
Unread inbound messages are highlighted with an orange indicator, making it easy to identify new responses that require attention.
Action Management
Conversations can be marked as actioned once reviewed, helping teams manage follow-ups efficiently.
