Agents can now request an official Title Register document directly within the Landlord Journey Platform, enabling proof of ownership to be validated as part of the landlord onboarding process without leaving the platform.
- Requesting the Title Register When adding a new property, select the option: “Tick here to request the official title register for this property.”
2. Once selected, the platform will automatically search the Land Registry for available Title Registers linked to the property.
3. Selecting a Title Register
- If a single Title Register is found, use the select option
- If multiple Title Registers are available, the agent can select one to download during this step.
- Additional Title Registers can be requested later from the Property screen if required.
4. Continue onboarding
- Click Continue to proceed with the onboarding journey. The selected Title Register will be requested in the background.
5. Accessing the document
- Once available, the Title Register is stored within the Documents section of the Property screen.
- The document can be downloaded by clicking on the file name, or
- By using the download icon displayed alongside the document.
