Requirements for a viewing to be sent to iamsold

Below is a list of requirements to check to ensure your viewing will send to iamsold from Reapit via the iamproperty Auctions app:

• The appointment is a viewing
• The appointment has an attendee
  • The attendee is an applicant
  • The attendee has at least one contact
• The appointment has a property
  • The property is referred to iamsold
  • The property is marked as contract signed in AFA
• The attendee has confirmed
• The negotiator has confirmed
• The property has confirmed
• The start date is in the future (at the time the eligibility is checked)
