iamproperty CRM is designed to streamline your workflow by integrating directly with the tools you use every day. From digital signatures to SMS and property portal connectivity, our system ensures everything works together in one central platform.

DocuSign Integration

iamproperty CRM connects with DocuSign via API, allowing you to send, receive, and track documents—all from one dashboard.

• To use this feature, you’ll need a DocuSign Business Pro account.

• If you're already using DocuSign and need to upgrade, please contact their team directly.

• Once your Business Pro account is set up, send your login credentials to your onboarding specialist. Our team will handle the integration setup for you.

TextAnywhere SMS Integration

Our integration with TextAnywhere enables you to send SMS messages directly from the CRM—and even automate messages based on activity triggers.

• If you don’t already have a TextAnywhere account, sign up here.

• Once your account is live, send us your API key, and we’ll complete the connection.

Portal Uploads – Rightmove, Zoopla & OnTheMarket

iamproperty CRM allows you to upload and manage listings across Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket seamlessly.

To set this up:

• Contact each portal and request your unique upload ID.

• Be sure to copy in your iamproperty onboarding specialist in the request.

Portal Enquiries

You can also receive portal enquiries directly into your CRM from Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket.

• For Rightmove and OnTheMarket, simply ask them to enable lead imports into iamproperty CRM.

• Zoopla requires a specific enquiry ID (different from the upload ID). Contact their support team and share the ID with your onboarding specialist for setup.

Rightmove Referencing

If you want to handle tenant referencing via Rightmove, iamproperty CRM offers an integrated workflow.

• Contact Rightmove support and request your Referencing API key.

• Share the key with your onboarding specialist, and we’ll take care of the setup.
