How can I add a commercial EPC?

To add a commercial EPC, use the EPC fields to enter the RRN Number and Expiry Date. Doing this will trigger an EPC expiry reminder in your activity list. Next, upload the PDF certificate to the Documents tab. Finally, enable the ‘Upload to Portals’ option if you want the EPC to be shared on property portals.
