Getting Started
NOTE: If switching from Gemini this process is slightly different – Please ask for assistance.
If you are joining iamproperty CRM this will be looked after by your Onboarding Specialist.
Zoopla; e-mail Zoopla and request a certificate from Zoopla for yourselves.
Email the relevant portals’ support with your company’s name, postcode, and notify what is being switched Sales, Lettings, or both. (If you have the branch ID then also include that, otherwise request it from the portal).
Zoopla; members@zoopla.co.uk
Rightmove; adfteam@rightmove.co.uk
On The Market; support@onthemarket.com
Let the Portals Support know that you will be switching from another CRM to iamproperty CRM and when this is likely to take place. The portal will need to verify this with you.
Best practice is to give around a week’s notice.
They will confirm the branch id and request confirmation from the yourselves.
iamproperty CRM
Check that your iamproperty CRM stock is up to date.
From the Sales or Lettings property list, type ‘#all’ in the search bar and select both Available (lettings and sales) and Let Agreed (lettings)/Under Offer (sales).
This will show all the properties that we will be uploading. You can save/print this list for checking if required.

Once the individual Portal information has been added and ‘Save Portals’ clicked you will return to the General Settings screen, click on the Branches icon.
In the Branches settings add the Branch ID (you may already have this or it will be supplied by the Portal) to the relevant branches for sales and or lettings.
Set Branches to Inactive at this stage. Save the Portal.
Go Live
Once you are ready to go live, email the portals to confirm that you are ready to send the upload. They will clear down the existing feed and confirm back to you. Once they do this, send a full upload from Portals > Upload, and confirm that all properties upload with no errors.
Upload Errors
This report will be in the Reporting Menu.
Reporting Tab, Reports, Batch Reports.
The upload feed will show how many errors there are and may show a description of the individual errors, or it may show a code that will help with troubleshooting.
In general to upload successfully you will need:
1. Property details; correct address including town completed.
2. In the Property description a summary often needs to be added.
