How to check if your client has made their compliance verification payment
If your agency has client charging option switched on for movebutler compliance payments you will now see a card on your Dashboard
The 'Compliance payment outstanding' card will show you the number of outstanding tasks from the past 30 days. Click on the tab and it will take you directly to the clients who have yet to make their payment for the ID verification.
You are also able to check other outstanding tasks, including compliance payments in the client's customer overview page
