How to add a property address that is a new build

If the property you are selling is a new build and is not found on the postcode lookup, the address can be added manually.

You will need to complete the full address including Town, County, Country and Postcode in order to proceed.

Click on the "onboard new vendor" button and then click the 'or enter address manually' link. This will open up the field to enter the new build address. You can then continue as usual.

As it's a new build you will need to skip the title register, as there won't be one.
