How to verify a company purchasing or selling a property
In order to verify a company, you will need to add the company (choose 'company' and not 'individual') to the movebutler platform, manually complete the risk assessment and upload any documents required.
You will not be able to send a verification directly to a company.
Once you have identified the Director(s) of the company, add them as a new client (as an 'individual') and verify them as you would any other buyer or vendor.
The transaction will now include a company, and their Director(s) and anyone with shareholdings of 25%+.
