Edit a Risk Assessment

Changing the answers on a risk assessment

If you need to change an answer on a risk assessment, click on the 'Show Risk Assessment' button next to the 'risk assessment completed' on the Customer Due Diligence page.

This will open up the current result. Click on the 'Edit responses' button to change any answers. Then 'Save responses'; this may or may not change the risk assessment result and due diligence requirements. Proceed to complete the due diligence in line with the new risk assessment result.

You may need to expand the risk assessment - click the arrow to the right of the Risk Assessment Completed green tick
