How to add the address of an overseas client?
To add the address of an overseas client you will have to 'enter address manually'. Instead of entering the postcode in the Postcode Search, click the 'Or enter address manually' link and choose the country from the dropdown list, then add the address details.
The minimum required fields for an International client are Address Line 1, Town/city and Country.
You will also need to add the overseas phone number as +XX (XX being the country code ie. +33 for France) then the number. A text cannot be sent to an overseas number (landline or mobile), and therefore you won't have the option to send text to the above number. So please uncheck the box to send SMS.
If the client's address does not have a postcode, please add 6 zeros in the postcode field. Please DO NOT use any special characters ( * / - ) for example.
