How do I show that a property is EPC exempt?

To mark a property as EPC exempt, begin by adding a note in the property description clearly stating the exemption. Avoid entering any EPC metrics and do not click the Generate button in the EPC section. As a result, no EPC image will be uploaded to property portals.

Please note: if you enter zero in the EPC metrics, a blank EPC graph will still appear because the lowest range (G) begins at 1.
